With all the competition out there, it's important that you do a little planning before you start looking at homes. We sit down with our clients in a free buyers consultation before we start looking for houses, for three main reasons:
Establish buying criteria. We set up alerts so that you’ll be one of the first to know when a home you’re looking for goes up for sale. We also want to know exactly what you’re looking for so that we can be on the lookout.
We want to get them up to speed on the current market. When the right home goes up for sale, there’s not a lot of time to think about it. Understanding the current Snohomish County market will help you identify a deal the moment it hits the market.
Start the loan pre-approval process. There’s nothing worse than finding the perfect home, putting in a winning offer, and then losing the deal because of lack of financing. We’ll put you in touch with trustworthy lenders who can get you pre-approved and make sure that doesn't happen.
