Inventory continues to move quick, with homes selling even faster now than this time last year
Even though there’s low inventory, we’re still seeing more new inventory. This is good for buyers and sellers alike - buyers have more to choose from, while sellers are getting top dollar for their homes.
Prices are up 10.9% over last year
Interest rates remain low. Just a 1% difference in rates can save or cost a buyer thousands in the long run, so it’s a great time to buy and take advantage.
